The Company notes that, as announced by Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ("Schroder") on 6 October 2021, Alastair Hughes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as Chairman of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited with effect from 31 July 2022. Alastair will also be appointed as Chairman of Schroder's nomination committee.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14R.
