Notice of Annual General Meeting and
Annual Report and Accounts 2021
DFS Furniture plc, (the "Company"), the market leading retailer of living room and upholstered furniture in the United Kingdom, can confirm that the Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 27 June 2021 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting is being mailed to shareholders today.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at its registered office, 1 Rockingham Way, Redhouse Interchange, Adwick-le-Street, Doncaster, DN6 7NA, at 3.30pm on Friday 12 November 2021.
The health and well-being of our colleagues, shareholders, and the wider community in which the Company operates is of paramount importance to us. Whilst we are looking forward to welcoming shareholders to the AGM, we would ask those shareholders attending the meeting to notify the Company Secretary, Liz McDonald, via email to Liz.McDonald@dfs.co.uk. by no later than 5:00pm on 10 November 2021. This will allow the Company to ensure that, appropriate social distancing measures are in place at the meeting venue for the AGM.
We are committed to ensuring that all shareholders can exercise their rights to vote and ask questions, and for those shareholders unable to attend in person, shareholders are also reminded that they are able to submit questions to the Directors in advance of the AGM via email to the Company Secretary.
Written answers to all questions received will be sent directly to shareholders by email and answers to any frequently asked questions will be published on the Company's website ahead of the meeting.
