Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 14 October 2021 that Trevor Webb, Claims Director and Mrs Webb purchased 50,250 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 192.71 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Webb confirm they hold 1,251,337 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.50 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
