The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Rollings as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2021.  Mr Rollings will be a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee from the date of his appointment.

Nigel Rich, Chairman of Foxtons, said:

He knows both Foxtons and the industry extremely well, making him an important and valuable addition to the Board as we look to accelerate growth. My colleagues and I are delighted that Peter is re-joining Foxtons and look forward to working with him."

Peter Rollings said:

"I am delighted to be re-joining Foxtons, a business which gave me my first opportunity in estate agency and where I worked in the formative years of my career.
