Appointment of New Director

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings") announces that on
29 November 2021 the European Central Bank approved the appointment of Mr Constantine Iordanou as a member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited. The appointment is also effective for the Board of Directors of BOC Holdings.
Mr Constantine Iordanou will participate as a member of the Technology Committee.
The new composition of the Technology Committee is as follows:
