Completion of the acquisition of Universal Refractories, Inc.
Vesuvius plc, a global leader in molten metal flow engineering and technology, announces that further to the announcement on 2 December 2021, it has completed the acquisition of the assets and substantially all of the liabilities of Universal Refractories, Inc. a specialty refractory producer based in Pennsylvania, USA.
