2021 Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled, global concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2021, together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting, are available on the Group's website: https://tenlifestylegroup.com/investors/resources/
It is currently expected that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held as a physical meeting at Ten's offices at 2nd Floor, Fitzroy House, 355 Euston Road, London NW1 3AL on Thursday 3 February 2022 at 11.00 a.m., permitting the attendance of shareholders and their proxies. However, the Board recognises that the situation in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, and UK legislation and government guidance to address the pandemic, can change quickly and may prohibit an open meeting or make it impractical.
Any change to the legislation or guidelines could mean that shareholders and/or their proxies may not be permitted to attend the AGM in person. The Board will therefore continue to monitor developments and will make changes to the arrangements for the AGM if necessary. Any such changes will be advised to shareholders through the Group's website and by RNS announcement.
Physical copies of the documents and accompanying form of proxy will be posted to shareholders today.
