Avon Protection plc ("the Company")
Directors' and PDMRs' Interest in Shares
As previously disclosed, awards were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to Executive Directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and other employees (together 'Participants') on 20th March 2019 ('the Awards').
As disclosed in our Annual Report, 50% performance vesting resulted further to the assessment of performance against the Award's performance conditions.
Each of the Participants exercised their options (or had their awards settled, as relevant) on the vesting date.
The table below shows the number of related shares acquired by Executive Directors and PDMRs, the number of shares sold to satisfy the tax and national insurance/social security liabilities, and the number of shares retained following the sales.
