Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM
Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company") announced its audited results for the year ended 30 September 2021 on 15 December 2021. Further to that announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been published today:
· Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2021
· Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
These documents are available on the Company's website at www.hollywoodbowlgroup.com, and printed copies will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy today.
In compliance with LR 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
AGM Arrangements
The AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Friday 28 January 2022 at Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP. The Board is currently intending to hold the AGM as a physical meeting. However, the Board will continue to monitor any changes to the UK Government's guidelines on social distancing and/or coronavirus measures between now and the date of the AGM. Any adjustments required to the AGM arrangements will be announced as soon as reasonably practicable through the Company's website at www.hollywoodbowlgroup.com and via a regulatory information service.
Whether or not you are able to attend the AGM in person, we strongly encourage you to vote in advance by appointing the Chairman as your proxy. This will ensure that your vote is included if further restrictions prohibit your ability to attend the AGM.
Given uncertainty as to whether shareholders will be able to attend the meeting, we are inviting shareholders to submit questions via email on any business to be dealt with at the AGM. Details of when and how to ask questions in advance are set out in the Notice of AGM.
