Retirement of a Director
As indicated in the last Half Yearly Report and as part of the Board's orderly succession planning, it is confirmed that Mr James Ferguson retired from the Board on 31 December 2021 and that Dame Susan Rice has succeeded him as Chairman of the Company on 1 January 2022. The Directors would like to reiterate their sincere thanks and appreciation for Mr Ferguson's significant contribution to the Company as a Director since 2002 and as Chairman since 2007.
Mr Charles Park succeeds Dame Susan Rice as the Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
