Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces that Stephen Burns (Chief Executive Officer), Laurence Keen (Chief Financial Officer) and Melanie Dickinson (Chief People Officer) have each elected to withdraw their cash contributions made in accordance with savings contracts under the Company's 2019 Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme, and therefore the options granted to them under the 2019 SAYE have lapsed.
The SAYE is an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs. The SAYE exercise price for the options granted in 2019 was £2.27 per share, which is above the prevailing share price, and the options became exercisable at the end of the three-year saving plan, on 1 February 2022.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provide further detail.
