Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, including notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 May 2022 ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Group's website www.keywordsstudios.com.

The AGM will take place at 11.00 am on 20 May 2022 at the offices of MHP Communications Limited, 60 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7RT, United Kingdom.

Shareholders are encouraged to register to join the AGM broadcast using the URL: https://www.keywordsstudios.com/agm2022/.

Should a shareholder have a question that they would like to raise at the AGM, the Board would ask that they submit the question in advance of the AGM by sending an email to agm@keywordsstudios.com by 20 May 2022.
