Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

International Public Partnerships Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company ('INPP' or the 'Company') announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 25 May 2022 at 10.00 am. The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been dispatched to all shareholders.

 

A copy of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy may also be viewed on the Company's website at www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com.

 

In addition, the Investment Adviser's presentation on the 2021 results is available on the Company's website (https://www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com/).
