Change of Custodian
The Company confirms that, as part of the onshoring of the Company, it has appointed BNP Paribas Securities Services, London Branch as its Custodian in place of BNP Security Services S.A Jersey Branch. This change was as a result of the Company's migration of tax residency from Jersey to the UK. The new custody agreement (the "Custody Agreement") is in substantially the same form as the existing agreement with BNP Security Services S.A Jersey Branch save that it now ensures that the Company's investments will be subject to the UK's tax requirements and have the benefit of the UK's tax treaties.
In accordance with the terms of the Custody Agreement the Custodian may appoint sub-custodians in connection with the performance of the services to the Company. The sub-custody network of the Custodian (which may include third party sub-custodians) may be extensive, contain numerous sub-custodians, be subject to change from time to time and accordingly the individual details of each such sub-custodian shall not be disclosed to shareholders unless specifically requested.
