Appointment of a new non-executive director
The Board of Henderson European Focus Trust plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Bianconi as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2022.
Marco is Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Cementir Holding N.V. His non-executive directorships include Cimentas A.Ş., Cimbeton A.Ş. and Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc.
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to this appointment.
