Notice of General Meeting
The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK's largest property franchisor, announces that the Group will hold a General Meeting at 11:00am on 25 May 2022 at 2 St Stephen's Court, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6LA in order to approve the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. As previously announced, the ex-dividend and record date for the 2021 Final Dividend of 7.8p per share will remain as 28 April 2022 and 29 April 2022 respectively.
A Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and the Notice of Meeting and a sample Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website at https://thepropertyfranchisegroup.co.uk/investors.
