BT Group plc announces that its Annual Report 2022 (the Annual Report), the Notice of meeting 2022 (the Notice) and the BT Group plc Manifesto Report 2022 have been published today and are available on its website at bt.com/annualreport
A copy of the Annual Report, Notice and proxy form for the BT Group plc Annual General Meeting 2022 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at

The BT Group plc 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place at The Vox Conference Venue, Resorts World, Birmingham, B40 1PU at 2:00pm on Thursday 14 July 2022.
The Annual Report and the Notice has been posted to those shareholders who have requested hard copy documentation.
For the purposes of complying with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs) and the requirements imposed on issuers through the DTRs, the Annual Report, as submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, contains the following regulated information in unedited form:
· The principal risks and uncertainties facing BT Group plc;
