PDMR Shareholding
Britvic plc (the "Company") was notified on 28 June 2022, that Elly Tomlins, Chief People Officer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") was granted conditional awards to acquire, for no consideration, Shares1 under the 2015 Britvic Performance Share Plan ("PSP").
