Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and critical communications markets, announces that on 7 July the Company received notification that Mr M.H. and Mrs D.M. Dixon hold 56,000,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 26.07 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
