Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces it has repurchased US$4,392,889 Avation Capital S.A. Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026 issued under Avation's global medium term note programme. The notes were acquired a price equal to 75 per cent of face value and will be cancelled.
