Renewal of Loan Facility

The Company is pleased to announce that it has today entered into loan facilities totalling a commitment of £60 million with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited, London Branch ("the Lender"). The facilities, which are unsecured, consist of the following:
· a £25 million loan which has been drawn in full on 29 July 2022 and fixed for two years at an all-in rate of 3.5575%; and
· a two year £35 million multi-currency revolving credit facility which has been fully drawn in Sterling.
Under the terms of the revolving credit facility, the Company also has the option to increase the level of the commitment from £35 million to £50 million at any time, subject to the identification by the Company's investment manager of suitable investment opportunities and the Lender's credit and pricing approval.
The Company's loan facility with Scotiabank Europe Plc has been repaid.
