In accordance with DTR 3, LSL was notified on 4th August 2022 that David Stewart, Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased in the market 7,820 ordinary shares in LSL of 0.2p each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.165 per Ordinary Share on 4th August 2022.
