The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').
Vesting of Award
On 16 August 2022 the share-based award granted by the Company on 14 August 2019 under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014 (the 'Award') vested and the PDMR noted below acquired Shares in connection with the vesting of his Award.
