DSW Capital, a fast growing, mid-market, challenger professional services licence network and owner of Dow Schofield Watts brand, announces that further to its final results released on Thursday, 14 July 2022, the dividend record date is 16 September 2022, and the dividend payment date is 30 September 2022. The ex-dividend date is 15 September 2022.

 

The Company also announces that its annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held on 20 September 2022 at 10:00am at the Midland Hotel Manchester, 16 Peter St, Manchester M60 2DS. Notice of the AGM will be posted with copies of the Company's report and accounts today.
