The board Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust plc has today issued a Circular to shareholders to convene a General Meeting on 22 September 2022 for the renewal of the authority to disapply pre-emption rights. The General Meeting will be held at Burdett House, 15 Buckingham Street, London, WC2N 6DU. To be valid votes must be lodged by 10.00 a.m. on 20 September 2022.
