Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 26 September 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.52p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). It also sold and repurchased an aggregate 120,812 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 37.45p per Ordinary Share respectively, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.
Following the Purchase, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 28,434,478 Ordinary Shares.
