Galliford Try Holdings plc (the "Company") notifies that the following conditional awards, previously granted under the Galliford Try plc 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), over ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company were released on 26 September 2022 to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
