Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 10 October 2022 that Royston Hoggarth, Chairman of the Group, purchased a total of 75,493 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 49.6 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hoggarth has an increased shareholding of 244,214 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
