("Chesnara", the "Company" or the "Group")
GRANT OF OPTIONS AND PDMR/DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDINGS
Chesnara announces that, as part of the Company's 2022 Save As You Earn Scheme ("2022 SAYE Scheme") a total of 43,280 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("2022 SAYE Scheme Options") have today been granted to Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company.
Under the 2022 SAYE Scheme, which was made available to all eligible employees of the Company, the 2022 SAYE Scheme Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the 2022 SAYE Scheme, of 220.40p per 2022 SAYE Scheme Option. Subject to the rules of the 2022 SAYE Scheme, participants will be able to exercise their 2022 SAYE Scheme Options within six-months commencing 1 November 2025.
Including the Directors and PDMRs referred to above, a total of 33 employees participated in the 2022 SAYE Scheme with a total of 156,787 2022 SAYE Scheme Options being granted.
The following notifications have been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
