DESPATCH OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
MC Mining Limited ("MC Mining" or the "Company"), the coal exploration, development and mining company operating in South Africa and traded on the ASX, AIM and JSE, announces that the Integrated Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 (the "Annual Report"), the Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying proxy for the meeting to be held on 30 November 2022 have today been posted to shareholders.
These documents are available on the Company's website at www.mcmining.co.za.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Johannesburg time) on 30 November 2022 at the offices of the Company at Ground Floor, Greystone Building, Fourways Golf Park, Roos Street, Fourways 2191.
