Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Glenveagh Properties plc (the "Company" or "Glenveagh") announces that on 1 November 2022 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "Shares") on Euronext Dublin, from Glenveagh's broker J&E Davy.
The purchases complete the share buyback programme announced on 01 June 2022 with the Company fully availing of the buyback authority granted by shareholders at the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting. Glenveagh has deployed c.€67.3m through the latest programme bringing the aggregate amount of capital returned to shareholders in the current financial year to c. €145.0m.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), a detailed breakdown of individual trades made by J&E Davy on behalf of Glenveagh as part of the buyback programme is scheduled to this announcement.
