Intercede, a cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, was notified on 1 December 2022 that Royston Hoggarth, Chairman of the Group, purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 50.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hoggarth has an increased shareholding of 294,214 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
