Director dealings and shareholdings
Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company focused on lithium and gold assets in West Africa, announces that it has been informed that on 21 March 2023 and 22 March 2023, Steven Zaninovich, Operations Director of the Company, and Charles Joseland, Non-Executive Director of the Company, have respectively sold 30,000,000 and 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (together the "Director Dealings") in order to satisfy the cost and tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options and warrants, as announced by the Company on 20 March 2023. The Directors do not anticipate making any further sales in the immediate future pursuant to the options and warrants exercised on 20 March 2023.
