Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 March 2023 it purchased a total of 30,678 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each (the "ordinary shares") on Euronext Dublin through J&E Davy, as detailed below. |

Following settlement of the above transactions, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) shall be 110,631,974 (each carrying the right to one vote) and the Company's total number of ordinary shares in treasury (which do not carry voting rights) shall be 14,688,401.
The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury pending their cancellation or re-issue in due course. The purchases complete the Company's €20 million share buyback programme announced on 27 September 2022. Between 28 September 2022 and 29 March 2023, the Company repurchased a total of 4,928,216 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 4.0583. | | | ||||||||||||||||
