Appointment of non-executive director
The Board of The Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Yen Mei Lim as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 3 April 2023.
Mei is Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Anthemis Group. Mei is also a director of NASDAQ-quoted Anthemis Digital Acquisitions I Corp.
