Transaction in own shares
Hays plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of its ordinary shares of 1p each through Jefferies International Limited as part of its £75 million share buyback programme announced on 28 April 2022.
