The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the 'AGM') will be held on Thursday 18 May 2023 at 2.00 p.m. at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, 10 Upper Bank Street, London E14 5JJ and via the electronic facilities being made available. Full details of the AGM (including how to participate in the AGM) and the resolutions that will be put to shareholders are set out in the Notice.
