The shares in the "Number of shares anticipated still to be sold for tax" column are those that the Company has been notified are still to be sold for the purpose of satisfying the tax liability generated by the exercise of the options, but which have not been sold as at 24 April 2023. These shares have not been transferred into the name of the Director.
Awards granted under the DBSP usually vest three years from grant, subject to satisfaction of service conditions. The awards were increased to reflect the dividends paid during the restricted period.
