Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that on 25 April 2023 Rhona Driggs, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised nil-cost share options ("Share Options") over 279,720 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
The Share Options were granted in 2020 under the Empresaria Long-Term Incentive Plan and became exercisable on 17 April 2023.
