In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p of the Company in issue at 30 April 2023 is 116,063,218 with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 42,548,459 shares in Treasury.
