Following the above acquisition of shares, Steve Peter Windsor holds 1,043,624 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Steve Peter Windsor hold 480,473 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Steve Peter Windsor and persons closely associated hold a total of 1,524,097 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
