AVI's Rebuttal to NCHD's Opposition to Proposals
AVI, Manager of AVI Japan Opportunity Trust (AJOT), has today published a press release in response to NC Holdings (NCHD)'s opposition to AVI's shareholder proposals. The press release can be found at the following link: www.enhancingnchd.com.
NC Holdings accounts for 6.0% of AJOT's NAV as at 31-May-23.
