AVI Shareholder Proposals Passed at NCHD's AGM
Asset Value Investors (AVI), Manager of AVI Japan Opportunity Trust (AJOT), has today published a press release announcing that three of AVI's shareholder proposals were passed at the AGM held by NC Holdings (TSE:6236, "NCHD") last week, while another three achieved majority shareholder support.
