CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited is pleased to announce that its seventeenth annual general meeting which will take place on 30 November 2023 at 11:00 am. Formal notice convening the annual general meeting and related papers have been posted on the Company's website and were sent to shareholders on the 28th September 2023. The notice and related papers are also available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
The Board encourages shareholders to vote by completing and returning their forms of proxy, and to contact the Board via our Company Secretary using the below contact details with any queries regarding the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM or the AGM proceedings.
