For The Year EndED 30 September 2023
The Directors of Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 12.00 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2023, representing the same amount paid in respect of the previous financial year. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 31 January 2024, the dividend will be paid on 9 February 2024.
