The Directors of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc (the ''Fund'' or "NASCIT") are pleased to note the proposed acquisition by Neon Buyer Limited (a newly formed company indirectly owned by investment funds advised by Trive Capital Partners LP) of Ten Entertainment Group Plc.
Based on the proposed acquisition price, this results in an uplift on the 31 October 2023 NAV of approximately £11.75m or 87pence per share.
