Re-issue of Treasury Shares
5 January 2024
Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 January 2024 it transferred 32,486 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's UK and ROI Savings Related Share Option Schemes.
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 14,224,352 to 14,191,866 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 111,128,509.
