Board Roles and Committee Composition

The Board of Greencore Group plc ('Greencore', 'the Company' or the 'Group') announces the following changes to Board roles and to the composition of its Board Committees. All appointments and changes are effective as of today.

As announced in November 2023, John Amaechi and Sly Bailey will step down from the Board of Directors and the relevant Committees at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting due to be held later today.

Senior Independent Director

With effect from today, Linda Hickey will replace Sly Bailey in her role as Senior Independent Director.

Workforce Engagement Director

With effect from today, Anne O'Leary will replace Sly Bailey in her role as Workforce Engagement Director.

Audit and Risk Committee

Audit and Risk Committee composition from today will be Alastair Murray (Chair), Helen Rose and Hetal Shah.

Nomination and Governance Committee

Nomination and Governance Committee composition from today will be Leslie Van de Walle (Chair), Linda Hickey, Alastair Murray and Helen Rose.

Remuneration Committee

Remuneration Committee composition from today will be Linda Hickey (Chair), Alastair Murray and Anne O'Leary.

Sustainability Committee

Sustainability Committee composition from today will be Helen Rose (Chair), Linda Hickey and Hetal Shah.
