The following amendments have been made to the 'Block Listing Six Monthly Return" announcement released on 3 July 2023 at 12.00 under RNS No 7527E.
The number of securities issued/allotted under the Lloyds Banking Group Sharesave Scheme (2017) during the period has been corrected from 148,699,726 to 148,440,747 and the balance under the Lloyds Banking Group Sharesave Scheme (2017) not yet issued/allotted at the end of the period has been corrected from 41,788,031 to 42,047,010.
All other details remain unchanged.
