JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 543.1 pence per share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 4 January 2024.
Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 441,831,016 Ordinary Shares and 639,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 4 January 2024. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value. Furthermore, the Company has a blocklisting for 5,000,000 ordinary shares dated 16 February 2024.
